Challenge Session: Invest in your mental health

Creating a formal home office could really help you get productive. Taking time to make the space peaceful and aesthetically pleasing might go a long way. Remember to:

  • Ask for help.
  • Set up a separate space.
  • Look for ideas.
  • Be very, very flexible!

How can you create a physical space that really supports your excellence and productivity? Check out the ideas below:

Write your concerns out. Don't hold it in! Share them with a higher up or informed co-worker if you need to.
Watch a comedy. Laugh :)
Work on a stress you can control. Finish a project. Clean out a closer.
Sign up for an online workout group and get moving.
Go to bed early. (Give yourself a break).
Ask for help on a project. You don't have to do it alone!
Go through old pictures and remember good times. Be grateful you have those memories.
Take a day off and enjoy yourself.
Gather the facts you are willing to embrace. You don't have to agree with everyone you know.
Talk to a counselor.
Send notes of encouragement to others.
